It's a much better workout than expected. I'm limited in mobility at times and it's great to have a versatile piece of equipment that can give a very good upper body workout when I'm only capable of sitting. It's easy to assemble, break-down, and adjust. I do kind of wish there were more than just the 6 exercises given as I do think this is capable of more or variations on the given exercises, but that's a minor thing. Seems well made so far. Really good value. Recommended

I travel extremely often to where I cannot have or carry equipment except a few small thingsThis is literally an arm gym! I LOVE its capabilities to work so many different aspects of the upper body its like bringing home a few arm machines from the gym! (And dont forget about being able to work the thighs, too!) I appreciate the levels of resistance to choose from as well as how it can easily be assembled/disassembled. Its comfortable, portable, safe and easy to use, and actually gives nice results - see picture. Highly recommend!

This actually showed up just in time for my afternoon workout. I bought it to isolate my chest but what I really like is while you're doing the chest. It's also working your upper back a lot of bang for your buck here. Yeah very effective. At my age I'm all about a little bit of mass but a lot of definition and this thing is perfect.
