Refund & Return Policy

At Biovance Health, we strive to provide high-quality medical and wellness products that meet our customers’ needs. Your satisfaction is important to us, and while we do our best to ensure every order is perfect, we understand that sometimes issues arise.

This policy outlines the conditions for returns, refunds, and replacements, ensuring a fair and transparent process for all our customers.

1. Returns & Refund Eligibility

We accept return requests under the following conditions:
✔ The request is made within 14 days of delivery.
✔ The product is unused, in its original packaging, and sealed.
✔ The customer has received prior authorization from our team before sending the return.
✔ The return is shipped using a tracked service at the customer’s expense.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used medical devices (for health and safety reasons).
  • Personal care or hygiene products once the seal is broken.
  • Consumable health products (such as test strips, supplements, or wearable sensors).
  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact our support team, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We carefully package and inspect all orders before shipping, but in the rare event that your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help!

Please report any issues within 48 hours of delivery with:
📸 Photos of the product showing the issue
📦 Photos of the packaging and shipping label

Once we verify the issue, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement (subject to availability)
  • A store credit for future use
  • A refund (only if a replacement is unavailable)

Please note: We may require you to return the damaged item before issuing a resolution.

3. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or faulty items.
  • A restocking fee of 20% may apply for discretionary returns.

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please:
1️⃣ Contact our support team with your order details.
2️⃣ Wait for written approval before shipping anything back.
3️⃣ Return the item using a tracked courier service.

We strongly recommend insured shipping, as we are not responsible for lost or unverified returns.

5. International Orders

We proudly ship worldwide! However, please keep in mind:
🌍 Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
🚛 International return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
🕒 Delivery delays due to customs or postal services are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds.

6. Additional Terms

  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet policy conditions.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
  • If a return is sent without authorization, it may be refused or returned to the sender.
